Windows 10: My pc refuses to reset, saying that there was an error and no changes were made.

I have been Plagued with blue screen errors at least 5 or 6 times a day. Im trying to reset and delet everything off but it wont reset. I need help please.

• What browser were you using when you encountered the error?
• How did you attempt to reset the device?

We discourage you from calling any support numbers your browser gives you when you encounter such errors. Those numbers are fraud and will lead to no good if you allow the support personnel to access your device. Since the laptop has not been reset, we suggest

• Have you performed Reset this PC option?
• Did you encounter any error messages?
• Any recent changes made on the computer prior to the issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done to fix the issue?

Windows is not activated following "reset this pc"

Thank you @NavyLCDR, I tried your suggestions but still have the same issue.
@Superfly, My main issue is the fact that sppsvc.exe won't start and throws the Error 5 (Access Denied). I tried changing permissions, taking ownership etc. but still have the same issue.

I guess my next step is another restore :-(. I assume you mean a fresh install because the original issue was caused after I clicked "Reset this PC" option in system settings?
