Windows 10: My PC randomly restarts without no warning / BSOD

My issue is that sometimes when I use my pc it just randomly restarts without giving any warnings. Its pretty inconsistent so you can't exactly tell when it'll happen and you can use the pc longer sometimes before it happens and sometimes shorter. Whenever I use my pc whether it be gaming, or just doing light tasks such as browsing my computer randomly just restarts. I have no clue as to why this happens, one thing I think I’m sure of is that it’s not overheating that is the problem.My PC SpecsCPU: Ryzen 5 1600GPU: Gigabyte NVIDIA GTX 1060 Windforce OC 3GBMOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte GA AB350-D3SHRAM

PC restarts randomly with no bsod

Hello, for the past month my pc restarts randomly with no bsod. It happens when im playing games mostly , doesnt matter which. I bought a UPS thinking it was power fluctuations but that is not the case. I've attached the event.

The problem is showing as a 0x124 hardware fault and the error reported by the CPU is a BUS error. It is very difficult to pinpoint what might be causing this error, it could be motherboard, memory, processor, etc. You basically have to test everything and rule out components one at a time.

Here are some guidelines to help you, ask any questions if you are unsure what to do:



STOP 0x124 Troubleshooting [/i] Read carefully before proceeding.



Warning

If you're overclocking your system, revert back to stock clocks now.





Note Test the system once the overclock is removed before continuing with the steps outlined below.

ONE [/i] CPU TEST
*Arrow Run Prime95 to stress test your CPU. Prime95 - Stress Test Your CPU - Windows 10 Forums



Warning Your CPU temperatures will rise quickly while under this stress test. Keep a keen eye on them and abort the test if overheating occurs.




TWO [/i] RAM TEST
*Arrow Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums



Note



MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.




THREE [/i] HDD TEST
*Arrow Run HDTune to

• check the health,
• scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
• run a benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following

• the health,
• the error scan,
• the benchmark incl. following
  • transfer rate,
  • access time,
  • burst rate,
  • cpu usage.

FOUR [/i] GPU TEST
*Arrow Run Furmark to stress test your GPU. FurMark - GPU Stress Test - Windows 10 Forums



Note Run Furmark for around 30 minutes.


Warning Your GPU temperatures will rise quickly while Furmark is running. Keep a keen eye on them and abort the test if overheating occurs.
