Windows 10: My PC is so slow and laggy all of a sudden when I haven't done anything to it

I booted up my PC 3 days ago and it glitched out and was really laggy and slow, when it shouldn't be since it wasn't like this before and I have a GTX 1060 3GB and a Intel Core i7-3770 CPU, so I factory reset my PC to see if that would've solved the problem but even after factory resetting it, it's still the same and the slow lag is still there! I can't even watch YouTube for more than 5 minutes without it lagging and glitching out. Slow & Laggy PC

Hello,

So, a few months ago i decided to upgrade from windows 8 to windows 10 Home, everything went though smoothly. a month later i decided to upgrade to windows 10 pro. after upgrading my pc has became extremely slow and laggy. i can barely watch videos, play
games, web page load extremely slow, everything just slow. so i thought maybe windows 10 pro just isnt for me, so i downgraded back to windows 10 home and everything is still the same, slow and laggy and my CPU and RAM always 100% even when i just have chrome
open. i deleted the windows.old folder, did a clean install but nothing works. any suggestion?

My pc is a Dell System Inspiron N7110

installed memory ram: 4.00 GB (3.90) GB unstable

Slow and laggy

I just upgraded to win10 and now my computer takes a long time to restart. It's also slow and laggy once it's rebooted. How can I fix this?

 

PC became so slow its unusable.

So my PC was running fine up until last week. All of a sudden I went to turn it on, when it starts up it is too slow and laggy to do anything. I can't even open my settings. Is this a Virus or is there some other problem?
