Windows 10: My PC is obsurdly slow even after a fresh windows install. even the bios settings are slow...

Hey, for a bit of background, I've got an ROG strix scar G733QM with an rtx 3060 and ryzen 9 5900HX if if matters. I've had it for about 2 years and its now out of warranty. about a month or two ago it suddenly began acting unbearably slow. I took it to the place where i bought it and i was told that it's all resolvable and simple, that it will fly if they factory reset my windows 10 to windows 11 to which i hesitantly agreed and payed up. I was returned a laptop that was as slow as it was to begin with, just with all of my files missing and wiped i barely managed to backup whatever i could s

Slow Boot on Fresh Install with SSD (3-5min+)

This boot trace doesn't show any boot delay !
Either the boot trace was taken while there was no issue or the delay is in the Bios phase.

First check the bios boot time in the task manager;





Next enable the boot verbose as suggested by @dalchina
