Windows 10: My pc is going crazy, i need help !

Hello,a few days ago my pc started acting very weird.I tried to connect my mouse on the back of the pc and none of the usb ports would work. I tried to put it back to the front and now it wont work either. Then i tried to restart my pc but it would not restart. I forced shut it down and rebooted it up again only to see that now my mouse and keyboard work. I tried again to connect them to the back but the same thing happened again. So i tried to shut it down and it would not shut itself down. Then i booted it up again and tried to open settings to see if i needed an update. I coul not open sett

Method 1: Run the
Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check.

• Right click on the start menu and select control panel.
• In the category select small icons.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Please follow the steps to
run System Maintenance troubleshooter on the computer:

• Type “Control Panel” on the search box.
• Click on Troubleshooting.
• Click on View all option on the left side of the Windows.
• Click on System Maintenance option.
• Click on Next and follow the onscreen instructions to troubleshoot the issue.

As you have mentioned that you have reinstalled Windows 10; it might be hardware issue if the about steps didn't help in resolving the problem I suggest you to contact PC manufacturer for further support. Thank you.

Hi Somebody50, I have a few suggestions that shouldn't be that difficult.

1) Check for a BIOS update. While you're at the manufacturers website, check for chipset and display drivers or other recommended driver updates. Please ask if you require assistance.

2) If your PC is still misbehaving after updating drivers, perform a clean boot to determine if any third-party apps are creating or contributing to this fan issue.

Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts

3) Please update your details under "My Computer" and list a model number, cpu and drive info (SSD or HDD).

4) Check if you have any warranty coverage available.

There are more tests available if these don't provide sufficient info, one step at a time.
