Windows 10: my PC crashes when i run Elden Ring

hi all, i have a good PCIntel core i9-9900k cpu @3.60Ghznvidia geforce rtx 2080 superwhen i run elden ring and play for like 10 mins~ my PC freezes and mouse dosent move then shutdown crashes after it restarts Blue screen.. im not sure whats causing this i been trying to read event viewer. i recently found a mini dump file that i cant read and cant conculude any information. i hope anyone can help meminidumpi uploaded minidump files on onedrive

Elden Ring (and other games) crashing

The clean start method helped with Elden ring however the problematic program I disabled did not fix my crashing issues with Destiny 2. When my Destiny 2 crashes, a DirectX diagnostic tool pops up but it only tells me information about my system, not any information as to what went wrong. I attempted all the other fixes you recommended on Destiny 2.

 

Elden Ring (and other games) crashing

I start Elden ring on PC through steam and once the game starts and I get past the menu screen, or have it running for more than 20 seconds, the game crashes with no error report. I also launch Destiny 2 and crash after playing for 1 hour or sometimes after playing for 30 minutes, basically at the worst times.

I have:

-GTX 1050 Ti

-AMD Ryzen 5 5600x 6-core

-16 gb RAM

I attempted:

-Clearing my DX cache which helped by allowing the game to run for a few more seconds

-Disabling game overlays

-Updating graphics drivers

-Reinstalling the game

-Running games as administrator

-Giving games high priority through task manager
