Windows 10: My newly built PC automatically powers on every day at exactly 10:28 AM

Issue: My newly built PC automatically powers on every day at exactly 10:28 AM, even though I haven't scheduled any wake events.What I've Tried:Task Scheduler: No tasks are set to run or wake the PC around that time.BIOS Settings: Wake-on-LAN is disabled. I’ve also checked for other wake-related BIOS settings.Device Manager: Only my mouse and keyboard are allowed to wake the PC. Newly built PC stuck in boot loop / bluescreen loop, with seemingly broken automatic repair.

Hello!

2 days ago i built a new PC. (part list can be provided if needed)

I installed windows on it using a USB stick, and then continued with my day.

However, yesterday i started getting bluescreens seemingly at random. Today, the PC is stuck in a boot loop whenever it is started which goes like this:

-Computer gets powered on-

- Screen with logo of motherboard, where i can press keys to enter BIOS or boot menu flash by in less than a second.

- SCENARIO 1

- - The PC powers down for a split second, and immediately powers on again. Then it is back to square 1

- SCENARIO 2

- - The PC tries to load Automatic Repair, and bluescreens. There has been different messages, if needed I can power it back on to write some down. Most of them, when googled about, suggest outdated or broken device drivers. Then the PC, like in scenario 1, powers down and powers back up immediately and goes back to square 1.

Whichever scenario happens is seemingly random, and it continues on until I power the PC off using the power button.

I have tried to repair using the same USB drive that was used to install windows with, however doing so results in a bluescreen aswell after showing the windows logo, after which the PC shuts down.

Any tips are suggested. Since I just recently started downloading programs (mostly games etc., an attempt could be made to write up what programs were installed if needed), removing all data from the computer and starting over an installation of windows (and all my programs) is a viable solution if absolutely neccesary.

 

laptop doesnt boot automatically

This is what happened.

1. Did a repair install and later disabled hibertnate in CMD.
2. Enabled legacy option ROM in BIOS.
3. After a few times startup ( i used the system in such mode for 5 days), changed boot option back to default.
4. Vola!! It boots automatically to win10 without any keypress. Tested it with many starts to confirm the same.
5. Re-enabled hibernate option using CMD and later selected Fast Startup.
6. System booted normally, without the need for any keypress.

I do not know exactly whether such steps resolved the problem or what else happened, hence cannot suggest above steps.
