Windows 10: My MSI laptop is turning off whenenevr I unplug it. As soon as i unplug it it turns off and...

The first time this happened to me was like a few months ago and I stopped doing so by itself but now it's doing it again what can i do

Laptop turns itself back on when unplugged

When I turn my laptop off and unplug it, it turns itself back on. If I shut it down while unplugged, it immediately restarts. If I shut it down while plugged in, it stays turned off. Need help to sort this please.

 

Screen turning black when plug or unplug charger

Hi people, I got this problem with my MSI Katana Gf66, I'm using Windows 11 btw, I don't know why, but my laptop screen keeps turning black when I am plug and unplug my charger, it's new laptop, just been using it for 1 week, all driver were updated, bios also updated, been trying all suggestion out there, using CMD, reinstalled my graphics driver, turning battery mode, anything, I've been trying anything to solve this, but none work, also my screen refresh late keep changing automatically when I plug or unplug AC charger, but it's still flickering,sorry for my English

Keep your laptop charged while the laptop is turned off. Make sure you give it some time to charge.

Then unplug it, and see if you can turn it on. If not, this is nto a Windows issue. You will need Toshiba support to troubleshoot on the battery.. or other related hardware.
