Hello. I have been having problems with my mouse recently, the side buttons wont work, and scroll is kinda loose. So i got a T16 mouse, best selling on amazon, and so i plugged it in, and installed what was on the disk. Everything was fine until i started moving the mouse, it wasnt working. Then i went to the driver section and it said Unknown. It was detecting it as a Usb because it asked me to remove it before unpluging it. Then, i decided to go into the Device manager and it still wasnt there. My plan was to delete my mouse drivers, and re-install them. So i did that but then, the mouse section didnt show up. I have been moving with my keyboard to try and fix it. I tried already Reinstalling the drivers from the disk, downloaded a program named Drivers hub, but i cant move on it, Installing Windows 10 2004, and a lot more that i cant remember, because i have been trying for 3 hours. Worst part is: On the Bios it works, but on the OS it doesnt. I’d appreciate all your help, because my pc is my only method of entertainment. Thanks for all the help!

    :)

Wireless mouse "driver is unavailable" issues

    Hi,

The error Driver is unavailable means that there is no available driver installed for your mouse that’s why it is not working. We suggest that you check the mouse driver from the device manager. Follow the steps below:

    • Open Device Manager.
    • Look for Mice and other pointing devices and click it to expand.
    • Check if there is a driver for the wireless mouse.

If there is none, we suggest that you visit the manufacturer’s website of the mouse and download then install the latest mouse driver compatible to Windows 10.

Get back to us if you need further assistance.
