Windows 10: My Microsoft photo is not working, please help

I've tried everything the internet has suggested except for Powershell. I'm unsure where to start with that. I've repaired and reset it numerous times, and today, 20th November 2024, I decided to uninstall Microsoft Photos. After reinstalling, it seems like it's about to open but then fails. I'm not sure why this is happening. I'm using Windows 10, which was last updated today. However, it states that my PC does not currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11, which I don't believe is related to the problem. Assistance would be appreciated. Thank you

Windows 10 Microsoft Photos has stopped working.

This issue often caused by a corrupted files. For us to have your Photo app working, we suggest that you restore Photos app package by following these steps:

• Click on Start.
• Type PowerShell, and select Windows PowerShell
  from the list of result.
• Type this command and press Enter:
  • Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
• Restart your computer. Check if the issue persists.

WINDOWS 10 MICROSOFT PHOTO APP

The Photos app brings together pictures from all your devices using OneDrive, so that you can browse them by date, album or folder. It also automatically enhances photos, and creates albums for you, to showcase your best shots.

I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it helps:

Method 1:

I suggest you to change the Default apps in the setting app and verify the result. You may follow the steps in the below:

• Go to settings and system.
  
• Click on Default Apps and select the appropriately.
  

Method 2:

I suggest you to reinstall Photo app using the PowerShell command
and reinstall using the Windows store. Follow the below steps.

• Open the　Start　menu, type　Windows PowerShell　in the search bar.
  
• Right click on the　Windows　PowerShell　and select　Run as　administrator.
  
• Enter the below command to uninstall the Photo app.
  

• 　　get-appxpackage　　*Microsoft.Windows.Photos* | remove-appxpackage

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it
