Windows 10: my mic on video call and voice call of whatsapponly is not working.

Discus and support my mic on video call and voice call of whatsapponly is not working. in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have tried many things to fix it, like troubleshooting, permissions, even reinstalling WhatsApp etc., but nothing is working.     Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

    I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.

    my mic is at the top of my desktop.i went through the how to do list..where it reconized my voice yet all it reply is !!what did you say!!

    USB Mic Problems.

    The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.
