Sadly, My Little Brother Somehow Gave Access To Another Online User To His PC & They Installed A Trojan Horse Bitcoin Mining Virus Through A Program Called “AnyDesk”. I Have Been Trying To Fix This On My Own For A Few Weeks Now But Nothing Has Worked. Here’s What We Cant Do. Just A Quick Mention, We Are On Windows 111. We We Try To Factory Reset The PC, The Button Doesn't Work In The Settings. When We Go To Advanced Reset To Do It, The PC Just Restarts And Nothing Else2. Click Remove all on that screen.

And by the way, note that there is no such thing as a "Trojan Virus." It's either a Trojan (full name: Trojan Horse) *or* a virus. They are two different types of malware. What you have is Trojan, not a Virus.

Is csrss.exe a trojan horse? It seems to me. it's part of system 32. It was installed on my computer in August 2013 by Microsoft. Need to know as soon as possible. I've been harassed by outside vendor to buy a very expensive firewall.
