Windows 10: my lenovo y700 laptop dvd driver is missing after a clean installation

HI,1-I have upgraded my ssd card and had to install a fresh windows 10, My laptop comes with oem windows 10 with recovery but I really don't know how to get it installed on my new ssd if there is a way please tell me 2-Iam facing an issue with virtual drive, I can't mount any iso image and can't install drive software it is not updated from windows 10 update what is the solution please recovery and the preinstalled os came with app called cyberlink power to go and lenovo power dvd 12 driver which are missing could someone helpe me ican't mound any iso image

As Ken posted there were problems seen with the partitions.

Not sure why it's showing as empty, but when I mount the EFI partition (e.g. diskpart assign letter=Z) all the data is there, about 50MB. I did try to format the partition and run bcdboot C:\Windows /l en-us /s z: /f ALL, but that did not seem help.

Given this information (data is there when mounting), do you still think it is an issue?

I did see a lot of errors in the console windows so not sure all log files were created successfully.

Unfortunately the Lenovo diagnostics tool does not work properly in Kyhi's environment. I was able to install the software but it crashes when I try to start diagnostics.

I guess there are Lenovo-specific drivers missing from the Kyhi tool.

 

Black vertical line on my Lenovo y700 14 inch laptop.

Yesterday, I saw a black vertical line appeared on my laptop. First, I thought the screen was broken, but I realized it has something to do with the graphics card. I see the black line appear when ever I look at something blue on the screen. It looks like this:




I first restarted my laptop thinking it would go away but it didn't. Then, I updated my OS and all my drivers yet nothing happened.




I even did a reset of my laptop and still I see the same thing.




Could someone please help me.

OS: Windows 10 home
CPU: i7 6700hq
RAM: 16 gb
Graphics card: AMD Radeon R9 M375 and Intel HD graphics 530
