Windows 10: My Lenovo Legion Y540 is having system issues on Windows 11 and doesn't show the internet...

My Lenovo Legion Y540 has been having issues lately connecting to the internet. It first started having issues around 2 weeks ago and I have been trying to do various things to fix it. I was able to fix it temporarily for the first week but the internet kept disappearing, so I asked a professional to help me fix it, unfortunately, he wasn't able to fix the issue but he figured out that the internet was working fine with a wireless network adapter, even though when we ran the hardware scan on Lenovo Vantage there were no issues, so he suspected either system issues or a virus, but when running

Lenovo legion Y540 Keyboard not working after windows 11 recent update

I have a lenovo legion Y540. I have been using windows 11 for the past 2 months, couple of days back system installed some new updates for windows 11 overnight post that laptop's inbuilt keyboard has stopped working but the keyboard is working in BIOS and external keyboard via USB is also working just fine.

I already tried usual solutions to update drive which always say's that driver is updated . I tried troubleshooting which also did not find anything.

I don't suspect any hardware issue because the keyboard works fine in BIOS.

Any suggestions ??

No suggestions but want to say nice laptop. They also seem to be popular being they're currently unavailable

That said my only suggestion would be to take time to learn the laptop yourself.

Touchpad is'nt working for Legion Y540-IRH. It doesn't appear at device manager as well

There is no option to enable/disable the touchpad through BIOS in the Lenovo Legion y540.

I'm using hotkeys fn+11 to turn on/off the touchpad, but it doesn't work. I have even tried to install Ubuntu as second OS and tried to go for fn+11 - there is visual feedback that touchpad is turning on and off, but in reality touchpad doesn't work.
