my left ctrl key and number 6 key mutes my audio automatically .does anyone know a solution ?Ive tried updating and uninstaling sound drivers but none of it workedits getting so annoying on worktime

My left ctrl key keeps muting audio

Hello. I own a Windows 10 Home computer and everytime I press left ctrl my audio is muted, this is really bad for gaming, which I do often.

I have checked ease of access, audio, and time and language, but it didn't work.

I have also re-installed my keyboard drivers, as well as uninstalling it. But it also didn't work.

How can I fix this?

I found that section in Half Teach mode, and I could press the "fn" key. However, when I selected anything at all in the drop-down list, I got the error box above:

After Windows 10 upgrade number six key does not work. And number five key and left "ctrl" key produce repeating 6's.

ok so we upgraded our brand new Lenovo yoga pro laptops to windows 10 from 8.1. However, on one of the laptops the number six key no longer works. And when I press the number five key it will do the following "56666666666" and just keep repeating 6's for
ever. Same happens when I press the bottom left "ctrl" key. I have checked my drivers and ran the windows troubleshooter. and the "mr fixit" program does not work with windows 10. Nothing is fixing it. What else is there left to do??
