Windows 10: My laptop won’t work when its unplugged

    My laptop won’t work when its unplugged


    So my laptop says it’s at 100 percent, it’s plugged in, and the second I take the charger out, the screen goes out and there is no power light indicator. So I can only use it when it’s plugged in, which isn’t an option for me right now as I have school starting and I need to be able to use it on the go.

    I unplugged my computer to soon and now it won´t start up again?

    Thanks for your answer.

    This solution did not solve my problem since my computer won´t power up at all. it is as if the computer is completely dead and I have tried different outlets that work for other computers but it still won´t power up.

    Is my motherboard broken?
