Windows 10: My laptop won't power on. The power button keeps blinking. What should I do?

Just early this morning, my computer started quitting on me while I was doing a moderate workload I normally do everyday Run 1-3 applications at a time, with Microsoft Edge being one of them. Then, when I pressed on the power button again, all I see is the power button blinking it went on with no internal noises for 5 seconds, then went off for one second, before rinsing and repeating. The orange battery light also blinks as well, sometimes they blink with the power button light, but sometimes they blink at different times, but they both blink either way.I tried varying methods listed here

Why is the power button blinking light

The power button on my laptop keeps blinking and I'm getting no power however I haven't plugged into the charger and it is indicating that it is charged and the power light on the other side of the laptop is also on indicating that there should be power but Getting atype of home screen or anything like that please help

 

Laptop power button blinking and not reacting

My laptops power button keeps blinking and so do the lights on my mouse when plugged in, yet if I press or hold the power button, the laptop doesn’t react at all, I even tried removing and reinstalling the battery, which didn’t work and the laptop has no way for me to access the hardware, from the looks of it, it’s in a constant state of trying to boot up but failing and immediately trying again, for now I’ve removed the charger, in hopes of the laptop turning off due to its battery being empty and then try to turn it on again, but other than that I really have no clue what to do.
