Windows 10: my laptop turns off when its unplugged ,the moment i unplug it even if it have full charge...

it started recently, it is fully charged but i can't unplug it because it will completely shut down.

My laptops screen turns black after unplugging from charging.
I have tried many things like updating drivers and messing with battery and display settings, but nothing works.

The weird thing is. Display works when it's plugged in and It is charging. Only thing that happenes is screen goes black when unplugging it from AC adapter. External displays works when unplugged. Only the main laptops screen doesn't work.

How can I solve this issue?

Keep your laptop charged while the laptop is turned off. Make sure you give it some time to charge.

Then unplug it, and see if you can turn it on. If not, this is nto a Windows issue. You will need Toshiba support to troubleshoot on the battery.. or other related hardware.
