Windows 10: My laptop turns off randomly when i use it. I want to know why it turns off and get it...

It turns off especially when i play games in it.

Hello my laptop is randomly turning off and when i try to start it LEDs light up then second later turns off i don't know what is the issue . Laptop is not overheating

I cleaned it and new thermal paste i can't open windows at all

I use Open_hardware_monitor
Extract to C:\Program Files (x86)\HardwareMonitor and run openhardwaremonitor.exe.
Under options you can set to run on startup.




I have a 10 Year laptop that was overheating. I opened the case and removed the heat sink. It was completely clogged with dust.




If you use a vacuum cleaner or compressed air, use something to block the fan to prevent over spin

 

Laptop screen will not turn off

I don't know what is causing this but at random,when I lock the workstation the screen will not turn off(I even use the command line to make it turns off after 10 seconds)

It works and then randomly it stops working
In cmd "powercfg -requests" it doesn't show anything and when it does,I turn off everything that is on the list but the screen will still not turn off
I can manually turn it off by using tools but it will not do that automatically
It turns off when I put the laptop in sleep mode or shut it down but not when I just lock it
