Windows 10: My laptop seems completely dead but the only sign of life is the power button light

Basically, it all started while I was gaming on my laptop. It was a laptop for school/work, and I knew I shouldn't be gaming on it, but since we had some free time, I decided to have some fun. It was the last day of school, and it was also extremely hot, with temperatures exceeding 40 degrees Celsius. It said the power was low and I should charge it, but I kept going until the battery died because it was the last period. I got home, plugged in the laptop, and tried to turn it on. The laptop did not turn on, nor did the fans. It was all over. The power button light only lasted 10 seconds, Then

To further isolate if this is a hardware issue, please follow the steps below:

• Remove the battery of your laptop and then plug in your computer to the power outlet using your laptop's power adapter.
  

• Check if there are any signs of light on the power button. If the light indicators on your laptop doesn't lit, then it is a hardware issue.
  

For hardware issues, you may need to contact your laptop manufacturer for further assistance.

Windows 10 shutdown power still light and fan still working

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps you.

• Remove all the externally connected devices and cables including the battery.
• Hold the power button for about a minute and release the power button.
• Connect only the power cable and power on the PC.
• Check if the issue persists.

Lenovo T530 laptop completely dead after window 10 update. Not even any lights.

Computer was working perfectly before the update.

Update applied and now I have nothing.

No beeps no power lights nothing when I hit the power button.

Tried with battery in and out.

Tried pushing the power button a number of times as I had read online then holding it etc. Nothing.

Tried a different power supply. Still nothing.

I had another laptop that updated last weekend and it was stuck in the endless loop asking to select keyboard language version.

Finally wiped the drive and reinstalled windows 10 fresh. It had been an upgrade.

Concerned that the update will cause the problem again.

This is used for a non profit retreat organization and is need for a retreat in three weeks. Any help would be appreciated.
