Windows 10: My laptop keeps micro freezing

Every time i play games on my laptop it could be any game e.g Fortnite, assetto Corsa or BeamNG drive i laptop micro freezes. And its like i am getting bad average frames in Fortnite i could be getting 160 fps then just for a sec it goes down to 20 fps then after 10 to 30 sec it goes down to 15 fps i have tried lowering settings down. i have tried with and with out G-Sync my laptop is up to date with windows update and with Nvidia's graphics drivers. i have also tried limiting my fps to 144 fps my screens refresh rate. but still nothing. this problem started a few months ago and this point i a

Computer Keeps Freezing

It froze again, and the common problem I see throughout most of the freezes is a driver atksgt.sys being blocked from loading. It is related to Tages Protection from Tages SA and it says it has a driver that is installed that causes stability problems with my system. It says it will be disabled but I think this is why my pc keeps freezing. Any suggestions as to what it may be for and/or if I can get rid of it and how?

I never downloaded a program from Tages SA so I am not sure what it could be from.
