Windows 10: My laptop is running 50 % of my ram while in idle

My laptop currently runs 50% of the 32 GB of Ram I have installed while idling. I recently saw a slow down of laptop especially while gaming and CADing, so I went to task manager and saw my memory is constantly at 50% and capping out when running certain applications. I went through the forums and tried to follow the methods they listed. I've done the following so far:1. I ended background tasks2. I disabled some startup apps in task manager 3. Ram usage problem when idle (above 50%).

Hello, i have a problem that i need to be helped with. Yesterday i downloaded a windows update, today after turning on my laptop i noticed a problem where my ram usage was at 50% when idle and the laptop was really slow and hard to work with. I really dont know what to do with it. I hope for a fast response as i need this problem to be fixed asap.

-Ram usage at 45-50% when idle

-I tried to uninstall the update but after restarting the laptop it wasnt uninstalled and just reinstalled it self.

-It is the first time it happend to me

-I turned off all unneccecary apps but it didn't make a diffrance
