Windows 10: My laptop is giving me this message Application Error and telling me to click OK to close...

My laptop is giving me this message Application Error and telling me to click OK to close the application, but I can't close it since the cursor isn't showing, what should I do?

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."-is the error that I've been getting on many applications, reinstalling windows was an option suggested by many, and so did I, but it didn't seem to help at
all, I've seen the applications work on different computers, but mine is only the exception.. any tips?

I am not a computer expert so kindly bear me.

I have SPECTRE 360 HP, upgraded to win10. Occasionally when I shut my laptop off following message comes for few seconds.

" MSBuild.exe Application Error (Heading of the window that pop ups for few seconds )

The application was unable to start correctly (0*c0000135). Click Ok to close the application."

After the said message, immediately the computer shuts down as I pressed the shut off command.

This message has started coming recently but comes occasionally not all the times. I ran SFC scan. There was no error reported.

Kindly guide me what should I do. Since my windows are working perfectly apart from this occasional message so I wanted some learned community member to guide me what maybe wrong here.

PS : I have observed, I may be wrong but this message is displayed when due to any reason like bad internet connection my BITDEFENDER ANTIVIRUS fails to update. The thing that worries me is that antivirus has been installed quite long ago but error message
has only started to come recently

Hello folks, lately i have been wanting to play some old games for Winxp and playable within Win7 as well.

But i get this error message, The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000013).Click OK to close the application.



I
did update my Win 7 PC probably only twice, and i think it must have installed lot of other different things as well.

I'll be straight, what do i do to make my games playable in Win7.

I installed few other software or updates too like, NDP462-KB3151800-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exeand VisualC++Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015.x86.

I just found few materials available in Google. Couldn't decipher much, hence i started this post.

Any suggestion would be great.

2. Dead Island
