    My laptop doesn't shut down and suffers frequent freezes


    Recently my laptop suffers from frequent screen freezing and when I shut it down it doesnt completely shut down with the power button and keyboard still being lit

    Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Laptop Freezes

    Hi zbook My warranty period has elapsed. What does the bat file do? Yes there are forced power offs. Sometimes the laptop freezes- the power is on but the computer doesn’t respond other then the keyboard lights. I have to do a forced shut down to get it back going again. Thanks. Dave

    i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
    nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
