Windows 10: My laptop crashed an restarted on its own. Can any one help me interpret the Minidump file...

Hello!Yesterday my laptop crashed and restarted on his own while I was watching Netflix. I got worried because it's obviously not normal, but also because a couple of weeks ago something similar happened with another older laptop, except that with this older laptop, it just crashed without restarting on its own and I haven't been able to restart it myself. I could actually restart it but it never went further than the brand logo on the screen I thought it was a problem with the SSD since I couldn't read it when I pluged it to anothe computer. Anyway, that's not why I'm here and I have no ide

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, as per checking the DMP logs you have, it is only displaying a general error on the PC, in addition, can you further check if you have other Minidump files on the PC?

Press Windows key + E (To open File Explorer)

Click "This PC" > then follow the file path:

C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the Minidump files and save them to another location like Desktop or Documents.

Then please upload it to Cloud storage like OneDrive or any cloud storage you are using and please share the shareable link here.

Help interpreting minidump crash file

That previous crash was an issue I already resolved. It's no longer a factor in this current issue.

However, after updating my bios I did have another crash and I do have driver verifier running this time around. I have updated the linked folder with the minidump file (121723-21718-01.dmp)

I'm not sure how to use Driver verifier to see if it collected any crash info from the one that just happened.

 

interpreting minidumps from BSOD system_thread_exemption_not_handled

can anyone help in interpreting minidumps so i have a general idea of what drivers are causing the crash. BSOD system_thread_exemption_not_handled.
