Windows 10: My laptop cannot download the Intel Command Center from Microsoft store

I try install Intel graphic command center in Microsoft store after reinstall Intel driver but its eror cannot download i try sfcscannow ,dism update windows and reinstall driver with ddu again but still not fix it's

Today I tryed again to downlod Intel Graphic Command Center, but before that I updated my Microsoft Store.

After that the graphic Command Center downloads just fine.

When I am trying to download Intel Graphic Command Center in windows store , that is not downloading and showing suspended in Task Manager. This problem is only with Intel Graphic Command Center, Bcoz when
I am downloading other apps they are downloading just fine. Please HELP.
