Windows 10: My laptop black screens on startup for a few seconds and the mouse shoots to the middle of...

I’ve been having a problem for a while where on startup my laptop AORUS 15 9KF black screens on startup for maybe 5 seconds, and the mouse jumps to the centre of the screen. Occasionally the mouse will jump to the top left, without a black screen. The black screen also happens whenever I plug in the laptop charger. I use a USB mouse which is a Logitech Hero G502, I tried unplugging the mouse and seeing if it was the USB but still the same. I disabled all devices under mice in device manager and restarted and that didn’t fix anything. I also did sfc/scannow and that found no problems.I read o

Black rectangle shows up middle of screen- mouse doesnt work within it

Since my last post, the box has reappeared but Photos was not in the list. Today, I closed one of two entries called "system" and it went away. Btw, fwiw, Winlister mentions several programs are open that arent open and havent been opened since last reboot, like calculator.
