    Good day! I need someone to help me because this morning when I open my laptop it says "the users password must be changed before signing in" but my laptop doesn't have a password.     Password issue

    After going through the steps to make a new password, after a week or two, my login credentials are no longer valid. I'm forced to make a new password all over again. It seems to happen if I don't login in a certain period of time. Does our passwords expire???

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

    Dell bios passwords 595B and 2A7B

    Did you try the step to clear the password, "To clear the code, type the code you received press and hold the CTRL key and tap ENTER twice"

    Can you reply with a picture of the error code? Is the password you need for the BIOS or the HDD? Just asking.
