Windows 10: My keyboard and mouse is locked and I think I tried everything on the internet. The ctrl...

My 5 year old nephew played with my laptop and I don't know what he did but the keyboard and mouse is locked. But I do know that the lock keyboard button is on the right ctrl key. I feel like I tried everything on the internet to get it unlocked. It a 2 in 1 RCA Windows 11 laptop. I even checked the settings for keyboard and mouse. Please help.
