    I have a JBL BT700NC headphone. When I use it on my iphone I can quickly change de audio mode of the headphone pressing a button on it. I can enable the noise cancelling or set the headphone to the "ambient aware" mode. When I'm on Windows there is just one mode, the "ambient aware". How could I fix this and change the headphone mode to "noise cacelling" when using it on Windows 10?

    Problems with BT-hedaphones

    I encountered a problem with JBL Tune 500BT (BT 4.1) on Windows 10 version 1903 (BT 4.1).

    After pairing physical device I got two virtual devices: "Headphones (JBL TUNE500BT Stereo)" and "Headset (JBL TUNE500BT Hands-Free AG Audio)".

    Headphones work good but strange, has two volume-levels 0 and 1-100 (mute and full volume).

    The headset works bad but correct, the sound is quiet sometimes with noise from quiet background noise to noise without music, but has a proper volume adjustment (0-mute, 100 looks like half).

    With phones, the device works properly with Android 9 (BT 5.0), Android 7 (BT 4.2) even with ancient Symbian Nokia 5230 (BT 2.0).

    I tried to solve the problem. All updates are installed. Speakers in 3.5 jacks and HDMI-sound works perfectly. Troubleshooting with Bluetooth and Audio changes nothing.
