Windows 10: My internet gets extremely slow after recent windows update Windows 11 24H2

My internet gets extremely slow after recent windows update Windows 11 24H2. I tried to rollback the update but issue remains the same even after rollback done successfully. How to fix this issue as a simple task of downloading any emails or files is taking 10x more time as compared to pre. Speed test app is showing normal speed rates but still not getting those speeds on actual downloads or even web pages a taking hell of time to load

There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?

Once again, Microsoft's forced update has caused a problem. Many others have reported this extreme slowness issue in this forum, but almost none have received useful answers.

I have Windows 10, IE 11, and a new HP laptop connected via Ethernet.

Do windows updates slow down the computer?

Mine keeps trying to update, and has even put a short cut on my desk top(windows 10 update), my windows drive has grown in size(Windows 10 upgrade file). It told me I had to un compress my windows 10 NVME, so I did that still wouldn't update(slow internet).
