Windows 10: My hp laptop won't turning on and caps lock blinking 3 times 2 long and 1 short

My hp pavilion gaming laptop won't turning on and caps lock blinking 3 times 2 long and 1 short and black screen. How to fix?

My caps lock won t turn off

I'm typing a letter in word, it was fine then started using all caps it won t turn them the usual way

 

Caps lock blinking, laptop doesn't turn on

My laptop (HP) won't start and the caps lock is blinking. I heard it is internal drive problem and the best way is to take it to the service but I was wondering if there's any way I can fix this myself? Thanks

For us to isolate the issue about being unable to turn off Caps lock, kindly respond to the questions below:

• If you press the Caps Lock button on your keyboard, does it turn off the Caps Lock?
• You mentioned that you are using Word, may we know if the issue is within Word only or the issue persists in using another typing application (i.e. Notepad)?
