Windows 10: My email when I go into settings is my deadname and I don't know how to change it.

I have tried to find out how to change the email. I created a new account as administrator using my new name but I don't know how to make that one the one that shows up. I hate having to see that name. I've it up and it says to change the alias but I have no clue how to do that. Please help! I fear for my mental health if I have to see my deadname in reference to me.

so I have changed my name on my email, my account, etc. But I keep on seeing my deadname. For example in groove music I still see my deadname and if I go to change name, it says Theo. What am I supposed to do to stop seeing my deadname cuz it gives me really bad anxiety

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?

New PC is automatically setting up with my deadname and I can't change it

I just got a new laptop today and I was going through the motions of setting it up, and only connected one gmail account (admittedly an old one I made in college that nevertheless has most of my google data attached to it) and my microsoft account. Both accounts were made before I changed my name, but I have since changed the names on them so they've been up to date for a while. For some reason my new computer is labelling my userprofile and documents either as my deadname or as the first five letters of my college email, which is not even a name (my folder in the users section of the computer is the latter). I am unable to change this as it is unchangeably read-only and since I'm using this computer for work I need it to not be attaching a nonsense username or my deadname to any of the files, so I guess I want to know how to fix this or if I just need to completely factory reset my laptop and try again?
