Windows 10: My desktop PC Dell Inspiron 3881 goes into automatic repair every time it starts.

If I select the option "Use device" in automatic repair it offers the HDD plus a couple of others. If I click on the HDD, it starts up, & works perfectly. Every other path through the options makes it loop through automatic repair.I've tried many of the suggested fixes just about everything short of reinstalling Windows - but I've tried rebooting from installation media & selecting 'repair', but none has made any difference. Help!I've not seen another question which describes exactly this situation. There are many which refer to looping through automatic repair, but none I've seen sa

windows goes into hibernation and automatically starts

• After i install windows 10 creators update my Dell inspiron laptop begun to goes in to hibernation/sleep mode when plugged in. this doesn't happens when it goes from plugged in to battery.
  
• Also my laptop automatically starts (even in middle of the nights) and stuck in lock screen. because of this issue when i try to use my laptop, battery is almost drowned. laptop automatically starts even its plugged in.

Can you help me to resolve these issues.

I have to restore my system to couple of days prior and things work till it needs to reboot again.

Has Windows update done this?

Anyone has any idea how to fix this?
