Windows 10: my dell g15 keeps freezing and blue screening

So basically whenever I play a game like Roblox I'm not using the Microsoft version and I keep my PC on night mode but it automatically turns off before it blue screens I already reinstalled my drivers and checked if there is corrupted files and there isn't so please help me I do not have any other PC if you need it my specks are13th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-13900HXWindows 11 Home, English, French, SpanishNVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4060, 32 gb ram32GB DDR5, 2x16GB, 4800MT/s1 TB, M.2, PCIe NVMe, SSD15.6", FHD 1920x1080, 165Hz, 100% sRGB, 3ms, ComfortView Plus, DDS, NVIDIA G-SYNCelppls help

Computer Freezes Then Blue Screen

Multiple BSOD in past week on Dell G15 5525 Laptop.

Recently, I have encountered frequent blue screen errors with my Dell G15 5525 laptop with the following error codes:

• Hypervisor
  
• DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
  
• SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
  
• UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP
  
• KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
  
• DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE
  

Today, I encountered a severe problem when attempting to boot my laptop. After the Dell logo appeared, the screen went black.I was able to restore my laptop to last working restore point after several hours.

I checked the reliability history in Control Panel > Security and Maintenance > Maintenance. Many of the critical event were that the AWCC(Alienware Command Center) had stopped working.I uninstalled the Alienware command center once i was able to boot, And did a full scan, laptop freezed in between the scan and BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE happened.

Edit: Windows, Nvidia drivers, AMD drivers, and BIOS(updated using Dell support assist) are all up-to-date.

Since it's a new laptop and you haven't install any apps yet, first thing we can do is to make sure all the drivers is updated. You can go to Dell G15 support page and install all the updated drivers for your laptop, especially the display drivers.

Since the laptop has an nvidia card, you can also download the Geforce experience app to make sure your display driver is up to date.
