Windows 10: My Dell G15 5525 gaming laptop got stuck in a booting loop. How do I fix it?

Every time I take it off the charger it gets stuck in a boot loop, typically I can go through the recovery screen and enter my bitlocker key and load into windows 11. Now I’m just in a boot loop I can’t get into the recovery screen even with shutting down my pc twice. It just restarts before it can load into the recovery l can’t load into anything. It just infinitely restarts. I tried even resetting my bios settings. Nothing. Can anyone help me?

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.
