Windows 10: my computer won't let me do anything

Discus and support my computer won't let me do anything in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; i just got a new computer and i've set it up with all i need, games and such. whenever the games are done downloading i normally restart my computer...     my computer won't let me do anything


    i just got a new computer and i've set it up with all i need, games and such. whenever the games are done downloading i normally restart my computer but this time when the computer boots up again it won't let me open any apps, when i do it just gets stuck with the loading cursor and doesn't go away.i can't even press restart or shut down. nothing fixes it and it makes my computer impossible to use

    my n97 won t charge or connect

    when i put a usb on my n97 it won t charge when i put on the computer it won t say nokia pc suite or else it not reading the usb cannot work on my phone plz hel
