Windows 10: My computer says I have no space, but nothing is taking up my storage

    My computer says I have no space, but nothing is taking up my storage


    My computer says I have 48.5 out of 237 GB. I have very few games and they don't take up much space, I've deleted all my pictures, and I deleted things that took up a lot of space. How do I know what's taking up the space, and is there a way to fix it? I need more space, around 100 GB, but I have nothing else to get rid of and I don't know what else to try. try to dumb it down lol, I'm not too tech-savvy

    Storage Space

    Surface Pro 3 storage space is low. Storage settings say that Apps and Games is using 17.5 GB but when I add up the space from the list of apps it is only 5.7 GB. What is taking up up the other ~12 GB and how do I free up space?

    Storage Spaces says full

    I recently got a notification saying storage spaces was full but when I check it in file explorer it says 298GB free.

    Does anyone know why there is a discrepancy on what is being reported as the available space in storage spaces?

    Even WinDirStat does not say its full.

    Erase/Format Storage Space

    Appreciate all lthe help folks.

    I suspect I will in fact be needing to take down the storage space and do it individually as spunk suggests.

    I will also take good notice of the tutorials.
