Windows 10: My computer randomly blue screened, please help

I had my PS4 and my PC on the same outlet extender and at one point i turned both of them on. After switching my monitor to display my PS4 and then switching back. My monitor display wouldnt show up so I was forced to shut down my computer. Then my computer was stuck on loading and never got to windows. I restarted my computer after waiting an hour and now it keeps blue screening. Ive tried everything, i have tried start up repair, system restore, command prompt sfc /scannow, and even tried to reset my pc, but it wouldnt go through. My computer cant even boot into safe mode because it blue scr
