Windows 10: My Computer Keeps Crashing due to Memory Issues

I kept getting blue screens with errors like:Memory_ManagementIRQL_not_less_or_equalI have windows 10. My Motherboard, CPU, GPU, RAM are all new. I have tried with xmp on/off.Different sticks of ram. Ram is in the correct slots 2-4I ran a memory diagnostic and then got a popup saying "Your computer has a memory problem". Computer keeps crashing

when its in the l last step of installing windows vista it crashes i think its a hardware issue because the is the second disk it has done it on ( i returned the other one) any help would be great system is in the system specs its windows vista ultimate also
