Windows 10: My computer has a blue screen and a stop code. CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

STOP CODE: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

After I updating my Windows 10 version, I am facing blue screen error. It shows me stop code error and giving that's name CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED.

N.B: I think the problem started for my network adapter (Modem) driver. Because, after entering the Modem, My PC went to blue screen error. What should I do now?

Computer gives blue screen with a stop code

I'm running windows 10. There was a power outage last night. When I started my computer this morning I got a blue screen with a stop code error.

It says Stop code: Inaccessible Boot Device

My computer worked fine before I went to bed. It has tried auto repair and several other fixes. I stumbled onto a test mode that tested everything from hard drive, to cd/dvd drives, memory etc... there was a whole list of things it tested running down
the left hand of the screen. Everything tested fine except for System. It is also saying something about a time interval error. I'm away from my computer now and I am hoping for some suggestions to try once I get back home this evening. I have completed
a system restore and got the message it was successful. When the computer restarts I get the same blue screen with the came information.
