Windows 10: My computer either freezes the screen or it just goes black, i reset my pc and after that...

my computer continuously freezes and then the screen goes black

i recently built a new computer and everything was working fine until i installed a windows update. the update was one were i had to restart my computer to install. the computer never turned off and was on all night until i decided to cold restart it. now i have a problem where when i turn my computer on after 2-5 minutes it will freeze where i cant click anything and after a short while the monitors will go black and the fans in my pc will turn really fast for a few seconds as i can hear it. ive opened task manager before it freezes and it shows that i have 100% ssd usage before the freeze. ive also tried resetting the computer but it will not let me as the computer goes black and has the same issue.
