Windows 10: my computer does not connect to the HP Office Pro 8715 printer. Bluetooth is connected but...

My HP all-in-One computer does not connect to the HP Office Pro 8715 printer. The blue tooth is connected but still does not print.I have turned off and unplugged the computer & printer, does not work.

Download the HP Scan and repair doctor it should install the drivers and then see if the web pack installs , these full solution installations often don't work or install. The USB support is installed but doesn't default so go to Device manager and update
the driver selecting I will install myself and select USB support Driver/universal USB support Class driver

Either follow Bill Smithers' advice or just select "OfficeJet Pro 8710" from the list of printers (if you go to the link that Bill provided, you'll see that the driver HP supplies for the OJ Pro 8715 is the driver for the OJ Pro "8710 Series").
