Discus and support My computer Blus Screens at random and at this point I no longer know what to do. in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; My computer keeps Blue Screening and I am not sure whats causing it any more.     My computer Blus Screens at random and at this point I no longer know what to do.


    My computer keeps Blue Screening and I am not sure whats causing it any more. I've been looking at my dump files and it has been a bit inconstant and hard to test since I can not replicate the issue easily. latest error code is KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED 1eI have a few dump files that I am willing to share, please let me know how you would like me to share it.

    I would suggest you first try to Check the device manager.

    1. check if the Blu-ray player is listed in the device manager.

    2. To access the device manager, right-click on the Windows start button and select "Device Manager."

    3. Look for the Blu-ray player under the "DVD/CD-ROM drives" section.

    4. If it's not listed, try the next steps.

    Next thing is to Update the drivers.

    1. If the device is listed in the device manager, but with a yellow exclamation mark, it means there may be an issue with the driver.

    2. Right-click on the device and select "Update driver."

    3. Follow the prompts to download and install the latest driver.

    Help...asus bw-12b1st will not read blu-ray dvd

    I bought an ASUS BW-12B1ST Blu-ray writer...installed and it didnt read ANY dvd...deleted from devices and restarted...it then played dvd's but NOT Blu-ray dvd...it lists as BD player under Computer...I run ANY DVD HD and it recognizes it as a blu-ray writer, but no play...OS is VISTA. Suggestions??

    BLU Life One X Error Trying to Connect with Windows 10 - HELP?!?!?!??!?!??

    Hi,

    Device manager is where you can see all the devices connected to your computer, and if the hidden devices are turned on, you will not be able to see any connected device. Since you are not able to see BLU Life One X on your Device Manager, we would suggest
    you to follow these steps to show hidden devices:

    • Press Windows button + X
    • Click Device Manager
    • On View tab of the Menu bar, click Show hidden devices
    • Now take a close look at the device categories and you can see the hidden ones.
    You can now check if BLU Life One X appears on your Hidden devices.

    Let us know how it goes.
