Windows 10: My camera stopped working 0xa00f429f <WindowShowFailed> 0xc00d7167 Windows 11

My built-in camera seems to work in the Zoom app, but not in web browsers or the Camera app. I have the same issue if I use a USB camera.I've tried redownloading the Camera app, installing drivers, checking privacy settings, checking anti-virus settings but nothing is working.

I can't use the camera under windows 11, I've already searched on the internet to find a solution, but none worked.

The camera works for some applications, like Teams or Discord, but not for the Camera application or online, or even for Windows Hello.

the following error message appears in the Camera application:

Error: 0xA00F429F<WindowShowFailed>(0xC00D36BB)

please help me fix my problem

0xA00F429F<WindowShowFailed>(0x887A0003) - neither integrated laptop nor external USB webcams work

My webcams don't work any longer, and I'm getting 0xA00F429F<WindowShowFailed>(0x887A0003) when opening the Camera app on Windows 10.
