Windows 10: My Bonelk PC-Dock is not recognised in my display settings through USB-C port

I have seen this question asked and I need to know how I can resolve this as I work from 3 screens and I have a new laptop and it will not recoginse the Dock that I have always used

Connected via USB-C

I am having the exact same issue with my Bonelk 14 in 1 desktop hub. It only started when I my workplace updated my laptop from a HP Elitebook G5 with Windows 10 to this new laptop; an Acer TravelMate P4 Spin 14 with Windows 11 in March. The same Acer works on our office docking hub which is a HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock, but has never worked with my home docking station from Bonelk.

 

usb ports not recognising devices

Hi, for some reason all my usb ports have stopped recognising devices. The USB ports will still provide power, ie, I can charge my iphone but they wont recognise anything else. mouse, keyboard, docking station etc.

I have tried.

1. updating drivers
   
2. unisnatlling and reinstalling drivers
   
3. adjusting power settings
   

Nothing seems to work, any suggestions would be very welcome.
