Windows 10: My Bluetooth Headphones Went from "Connected voice, music" to "Connected voice" And Now It...

On a Windows 10 computer I connected a pair of Soundcore Life Q30 Headphones to my computer, and before when I would connect them via Bluetooth it would say "Connected voice, music" until one day it randomly started saying "Connected voice" and the audio quality was terrible. I tried removing device and then re-connecting it via Bluetooth and that didn't work.I tried restarting my computer and my device, that didn't work either. I ran the Bluetooth troubleshooter and the Headphones troubleshooter, that didn't solve anything either. I tried updating the drivers for both devices, and it says th

Bluetooth Headphones only connect to voice and music

Today my headphones started to only use voice and music, when yesterday [the day i got them] they did all noise. I have re paired the headphones to the computer, remove and re add them to the computer list, and remove the computer from the headphones bluetooth
list. Everytime I reconnect them they just say connected to voice and music.

 

Bluetooth headphones are listed as 'connected' instead of 'connected to voice and music'

headphones suddenly stopped playing audio during a film and gave the standard 'mobile device lost' message, upon checking my Bluetooth device list in order to reconnect it, the headphones were listed with the standard 'connected to voice and music' status, so I took the approach of manually disconnecting and reconnecting the headphones the 'that didn't work, please make sure device is still discoverable' and after restarting both computer and headphone Bluetooth device list, the status has become fixed as 'connected' I am unable to manually connect the headphones to audio input or output and the device does not appear on the 'add a device' list

thus far i have restarted all bluetooth services, checked for driver updates, run the bluetooth troubleshooter, and restarted both computer and headphones with still no change, there does not appear to be issues with overall audio as the monitor speakers are still able to play audio

 

Windows 10 picking up bluetooth headphones as connected to music?

I bought bluetooth headphones and I connected as Voice and Music, but for some unknown reason I disconnected the bluetooth headphones and removed them from my computer and then reconnected them via bluetooth and now the system won't connect as Voice and Music but as only Music. Now I can't use my microphone... and for some reason I used to see battery life of my headphones in bluetooth and now I can't... How can I fix this issue? I uninstall drivers and still the problem exists.. - - - Updated - - - I have seemed to fix the issue, for documentation purposes. What I did that worked was: Open Device Manager and uninstall drivers that are related to your bluetooth device under Audio inputs and outputs tab. If your bluetooth device is still connected disconnect them from bluetooth. Search Services in start menu, open services and restart all your bluetooth services Then change your bluetooth services to run automatically. Restart PC and pair them and it should work.
