Windows 10: My Bluetooth Ergonomic mouse right click is hard to working

My Bluetooth Ergonomic mouse right click is hard to work.Even I try in different notebooks. I need to press heavily.

1. Check the Bluetooth connection on your device: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is discoverable. If you have other Bluetooth devices connected, try disconnecting them and see if the mouse is detected.
   
2. Try Pairing with Another Device: If possible, try to pair the mouse with a different device. This can help determine whether the issue lies with the mouse itself or with the original device.
   
3. Reset the Mouse: Some mice have a reset button on the bottom. If yours does, try pressing it to reset the mouse.
   
4. Reinstall Bluetooth Drivers: On your computer, open Device Manager (you can search for it in the Start menu). Mouse wheel on Bluetooth Ergonomic Mouse doesn't work

I recently bought a Microsoft Bluetooth Ergonomic Mouse.

It is fantastic, except that the scroll function doesn't work when using the wheel -- and it turns out that I never realized how much I use the mouse wheel until I bought a mouse with a non-working wheel,

The wheel itself spins incredibly well, but it does not send a scroll signal to the computer, it seems.

I have removed all software on my system that could potentially interfere with the mouse, but it doesn't fix anything.

I have tried another mouse on the exact same computer and the wheel works. When I plug my fancy new bluetooth ergonomic mouse, scrolling stops.

Sometimes I can scroll from the top of a page once, then it stops working completely. I have a feeling that it is a software issue, not a hardware issue.

Have updated to latest drivers, etc

not sure if this is a Surface incompatibility thing or some software that only kicks in when using the Bluetooth Ergonomic, but it is so frustrating!!!

Anybody got ideas?

I have a Microsoft bluetooth ergonomic mouse bought in October 2021.
The mouse worked well until August this year when suddenly stopped blinking the white LED that corresponds to bluetooth.

The blue light at the bottom is working properly when turned on, but the mouse is not pairing or responding.

When trying to push the bluetooth button at the bottom to switch channels or long press to re-pair, it doesn't blink or nothing.

I tried replacing the batteries but no change.
