Windows 10: My bluetooth audio is not working.

I recently reset my pc, after which my bluetooth audio is not working. At first it showed that the device is connected but when i play something the audio comes from the speaker not my headsets. And sometimes it shows connected but when i open bluetooth settings it shows, "unable to connect. make sure your device is discoverable". I have tried almost everything. Updated the drivers and still nothing works. Please help me. And when I open troubleshoot page it just redirect me to help page.
