Windows 10: My Audio Interface is not being detected by my pc anymore but works on other computers

Good day, currently, I'm facing a problem where when I plug my audio interface, my system doesn't detect anything even if I turn on show hidden device in device manager. My audio interface works perfectly fine on other computers except mine. The product is called Teyun Q12 and I can't find any drivers of it in the internet. Before it works completely fine, but when i tried to connect a jbl speaker to it, it just randomly stopped working. The cause is probably connecting it to the jbl speaker I used a male to male 3.5mm aux cable to connect the speaker to the audio interface. I've done a lot

Multichannel audio interface in/out routing

• What is the make and model of your external audio interface?
• Which routing application are you using?

The configurations of inputs and outputs on any audio interface is dependent on the hardware and its supporting software. Any audio interface with more than 2 inputs and 2 outputs, should ideally give the user an option to map the
Input and Output Config, according to his interest.



I suggest you to go through the user manual provided by your audio interface's manufacturer to know how to set up the control surface.



If it doesn't explain how to configure, I suggest you to get in touch with the audio interface's manufacturer to know how to configure the same.

Why won't my audio interface work?

I have a custom built tower computer and im trying to run my XLR microphone through an audio interface. However my computer wont detect my audio interface which is a USB device. I've already tried running through the settings and disconnecting and reconnecting the device after waiting. THe audio interface powers on and lights up to show that the mic is working and producing a signal. Any reasons why it might still not be detecting the device?
